WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?

Contact the restaurant or Delivery.com for issues relating to your order (orders are routed throuh Delivery.com).

WHO HANDLES PAYMENT?

Payment goes through Delivery.com, so you need to have an account with them before placing an order.

HOW DO I SPEAK MY ORDER, RATHER THAN TYPING IT?

Tap in the text box, but instead of typing press the microphone icon and speak your order. Say "new line" after each item. You can speak naturally, saying quantities and any special instrutions.

WHY DON'T THE ORDER RESULTS EXACTLY MATCH WHAT I WANTED?

Our algorithms match as closely as possible what you have spoken or typed to what is available at the restaurants currently open and delivering to your location.

HOW DO I LEAVE A TIP FOR THE DELIVERY PERSON?

If you'd like to tip the delivery person you would need to give it as cash.

WHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER MY ADDRESS TWICE?

You need to enter your address on the first screen to tell us where to search for restaurants. No floor number, apartment, etc., is needed at this point.  Later we ask again for the full delivery address.

CAN I SPEAK MY ADDRESS AS WELL?

Yes, the same way you speak your order. You will need to tap to select it from multiple results.

HOW CAN I GET HELP WITH THE APP?

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

You can delete items from your order, and you can add special instructions.

WHAT ARE THE BASIC ORDERING STEPS?

1. Speak or type the food items you would like
2. Enter your address
3. Choose from the suggested list of restaurants
4. Confirm your order
5. Select payment method

WHERE IS THE APP AVAILABLE?

Currently, the app is available in Manhattan in New York City.
